US Connect to 365 Pay Migration

Here you will find all the helpful links to get your account back in working order from the migration. If you have any questions please dont hesitate to contact us:


Mobile App Users

​There will be a new app to use when using your mobile account, the new app is called 365Pay and function very similar to the US Connect App. Links to download are above!

To Begin:

  1. Download 365Pay, and set up a new account.

  2. Once your app is set up and you can see your in-app QR Code:

    1. Go to the Kiosk,

    2. Select the ‘My Account’ Button

    3. Scan the QR code you will find In the 365Pay App. This links your account to the Kiosk.

  3. Let us know you activated your account by either clicking the "I actived my 365Pay App" button below,  email us at or call us at 225-473-8716 to have your previous balance moved over to your new account.

Physical Card Users

A new account was made for you to be able to continue to use your funds that were on your US Connect Card.

If your card Is not working:

  1. Fill the webform by clicking the button below.

  2. Calling us at 225-473-8716 with the card information

  3. Email us at with an image of the card information so we can link the accounts. 

To redeem funds, please scan the barcode located on the back of the US Connect Card, when at the check out screen or at the Manage Account screen
